Therapeutic Approaches & Support
Choosing a therapy can feel like a big task when you’re already struggling. My goal is to make this process as transparent as possible. I offer remote sessions via a secure video platform, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and safety of your own familiar environment, something many of my clients find helpful for emotional regulation.
Remote sessions also remove the “sensory tax” of traditional therapy. There’s no commute to navigate, no bright waiting rooms, and no need to mask in an unfamiliar office. You stay in your own space, where you control the lighting and the comfort, which often makes it much easier to focus and regulate from the very start of the session.
I keep the tech side simple. You’ll receive a secure, one-click link for every appointment—no complicated software or logins required. It’s a straightforward, confidential way to access professional support without the extra cognitive load of travel and logistics.

What is CBT? (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
CBT is a practical, “here and now” therapy. We work together to identify how your thoughts, physical sensations, and actions are linked. For those with ADHD or Autism, we often focus on making these patterns visual and concrete, moving away from “abstract” problems toward manageable steps.

What is EMDR? (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a specialized approach designed to help the brain process “stuck” memories. When we experience trauma or high-stress events, the brain sometimes stores them in a “raw” format. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping) to help your brain file those memories away so they no longer feel like they are happening in the present.
